When my A/C unexpectedly stopped working over the weekend, they were able to come out on short notice and quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. On top of that, they installed a soft start to help ensure my system is better prepared for the demands of hurricane season — a thoughtful and proactive addition I truly appreciated.

Their pricing was very reasonable, and the level of customer service I received was outstanding. The Owner, Neal, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed like an honest and trustworthy person, which goes a long way in this industry.

We purchased an older home about a year ago and have had many issues with the HVAC system. After five or six companies came in and couldn’t pinpoint the issue and only tried to upsell us on a new unit, Neal Immediately solved the issue and did not try to convince us that we needed a new unit. We haven’t had any further issues with the unit, but we decided to replace it this week just because it’s a very old unit and not very efficient. He quoted us a very good price and they installed the new unit yesterday! He and his crew are very professional, did a phenomenal job, and the quality of their workmanship was over-the-top! The new unit is working perfectly! Thank you Neal and crew!!!

He came in on point got a nice discount on the 3 yes 3 Mini split air conditioners that we had him install. He arrived on time and installed them very quickly. Our house is nice and cool in the summer and warm in the Winter. He's very professional and friendly I would Highly. recommend this company to anyone needing air conditioner / heating work done! He looks for anyway possible to save you money in whatever you need done! He responds to messages within minutes and actualy answers phone calls. Unlike other AC Companies. Had a problem with my ac board and when l called him , he came promptly and offered a nice discount , that made not doing the job with an earlier quote , worthwhile .

He was able to work with the parts l already have , saving me some money . He was very friendly and we spent some time laughing even after the work was done .

Also , He gave nice recommendations for some other stuff without applying pressure for them to be fixed . Nice guy overall
